Pear & Nut Smoothie Bowl

For Oatmeal
1 bosc pear, peeled and cored
1/2 cup plain Geek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened milk
1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 Tbsp chia seeds
For Garnish
1/2 bosc pear, thinly sliced
extra chia seeds
1/4 cup roasted nuts, such as peanuts or walnuts
Directions
In a blender, combine the one bosc pear, yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of milk if needed to keep it blender-friendly but still thick.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Sprinkle in chia seeds and gently stir to distribute. Let the bowls sit for 5 to 10 minutes until chia seeds swell and slightly thicken the mixture.
Top the bowl with thinly sliced pear, roasted nuts, and a light sprinkle of extra chia seeds.
Serve immediately.
Servings: Makes 1 generous serving or 2 smaller bowls.
