Harvest Pear Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oz chicken breast, cooked

  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked

  • 2 D’Anjou pears, sliced or chopped

  • 2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped, raw or toasted

  • 1 avocado, sliced or chopped

  • 6 cups spring mix

  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled

  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries

  • Dressing of choice

Directions

  1. Prepare chicken and cook turkey bacon according to package instructions.

  2. Slice or chop pears, walnuts, and avocado.

  3. Add spring mix to bowl and add chicken, turkey bacon, pears, walnuts, and avocado. Sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese and dried cranberries.

  4. Drizzle salad with desired amount of your favorite dressing, and enjoy!
