Pear & Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients

  • 4 slices rustic bread

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 pear, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup arugula

  • 2 oz blue cheese, thinly sliced

  • 4 slices prosciutto

Directions

  1. Prehat oven to 375º F.

  2. Lightly brush bread with olive oil and toast for 5 to 7 minutes, or until lightly crispy.

  3. Top each slice of bread with cheese, pears, and prosciutto.

  4. Return to oven for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese beings to melt.

  5. Top with arugula and serve immediately.
