Pear & Prosciutto Crostini
Ingredients
4 slices rustic bread
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pear, thinly sliced
1 cup arugula
2 oz blue cheese, thinly sliced
4 slices prosciutto
Directions
Prehat oven to 375º F.
Lightly brush bread with olive oil and toast for 5 to 7 minutes, or until lightly crispy.
Top each slice of bread with cheese, pears, and prosciutto.
Return to oven for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese beings to melt.
Top with arugula and serve immediately.
