Pear, Kiwi & Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear

  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen

  • 2 kiwis, peeled

  • 1 cup cold water, coconut water, or milk

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Directions

  1. Place pear, strawberries, kiwis, and water/milk into a blender. Pureé at high speed until smooth.

  2. Add chia seeds and pulse blender for a few seconds to combine.
