Pear, Kiwi & Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 ripe pear
2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 kiwis, peeled
1 cup cold water, coconut water, or milk
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Directions
Place pear, strawberries, kiwis, and water/milk into a blender. Pureé at high speed until smooth.
Add chia seeds and pulse blender for a few seconds to combine.
